Tour Registration
HOW TO SIGN UP FOR TOURS
- Fill in the Tour Booking Form and return it to the official tour agency MECI TOUR (see address below) via e-mail or fax.

CONFIRMATION
- Once receiving the completed booking form including your credit card information, the confirmation will be sent to your email or fax within 1-2 working days.
PAYMENT
- MECI TOURS will debit the credit card given with the entire amount 8 days before the tour date and bank transfer or on-site payment are also accepted upon request in advance.
- Your credit card will be charged in Korean won (KRW), we advise you to visit the following website to have an idea of the currency exchange rate : http://www.xe.com/ucc/
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservation changes or cancellation must be informed to MECI TOUR, the official agency, in writing via e-mail or fax.
- Cancellation 7 to 4 days before tour date: 50% refund of the total tour fee.
- Cancellation 3 to 1 days before tour date: no refund.
- MECI TOUR reserves the right to cancel tours in case less than 10 participants applied, nevertheless, will propose another tour or refund the ticket cost if a tour is cancelled.
