Online registration for ISRS 2009 (for both the conference and exhibition) is now closed.
(24:00 CET on Monday 01 June 2009)
Registrations must be done onsite at the congress venue (Sheraton Grande Walkerhill).
You can register onsite at the Registration Area (Vista lobby – floor B2) at the following times:

Congress registration
Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible in order to benefit from lower registration fees, hotel accommodation within the congress venue and availability of social events. You can register and book your hotel at the same time.

The prices indicated are per person and only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the above mentioned deadlines. Otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.

Conference hotel
ISRS has been granted an almost exclusive use of the extensive meeting facilities for the full duration of the ISRS 2009 Congress and has negotiated special room rates in Sheraton Grande Walkerhill itself and in W Hotel, situated right next to the Sheraton. Douglas House is an annex building apart from the Sheraton Main Tower (5 minutes walking). This will create a superb environment for business networking!

The hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fees.
Rates mentioned include the 10% service charge and 1% tax for the service charge based on non resident status in South Korea but residents are subject to an extra 10% government tax (not included in the rate). If a guest is non resident in Korea and payment is settled by overseas credit card, then this 10% government tax will be waived (for accommodation only). Rates do not include breakfast and it can be ordered at the hotel. It costs KRW 25 000 (+/- $ 18) per person and is subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax (not included).
